A broken string and panic ensues. Given A Winter Story are a series of events that pull at your heart strings.
Kaji and Nakayama go into scrabble mode and by some time before their set starts. Uenoyama speeds away to get replacement strings and time is moving super quick.
As Uenoyama rushes back to the venue he begins to reflect on things with Sato.
Uenoyama to the rescue as Sato seems to be indifferent to the situation.
Kaji being super sweet to Nakayama…adorable!! Nakayama is an awesome leader and very resourceful.
As Uenoyama fixes Sato’s strings, he was able to connect his feelings and turmoil. This entire scene was perfect. He sorted himself out.
It’s hard for Sato to express himself. Uenoyama’s words gave Sato confidence.
It’s time for the performance and Sato is ready!
Sato sings all the feelings he couldn’t say out loud. He aches and belts out his heartache. This is Sato A Winter Story…
The flashbacks of Yuki and Sato were done so thoughtfully. It was thoughtful and filled with so much love and angst.
This was such an amazing song and I felt the “Ah” deep in my heart.
Too beautiful for words and the affection written on Uenoyama face right now is pure happiness.
It was an awesome performance, and the crowd was blown away! But that was a lot of emotion to let out and Sato is spent.
The moment, and it happened after the performance. I don’t want to say it was the perfect moment for their first kiss, but it really was!
AND HE”S OUT!
A calm moment of self-realization was needed for Sato, furthermore he has a support system and a new love!
Yuki would be happy that you found happiness again and that you were playing music! This is what I love about Given, the story is develops at a good pace.
Yayoi is feeling very left out. Understandable since her and Kaji are no longer an item. Praises and critiques aside the guys celebrate!
Hiiragi is so proud of Sato!! He opened up and shared this information hopefully they will become close friends again.
He does have someone new and special, we’re all routing for ya’ll!
I wasn’t expecting a flashback, but I’m so glad it happened. Their relationship ended abruptly and tragically, and we got a glimpse of their moments together. Time is always the equalizer to moving on and coping.
Yuki getting fresh with Sato and Sato’s swift nah…I was here for it all! Their dynamic was very complimentary.
I’m betting $50.00 that Uenoyama is in his room having a meltdown.
