The episode begins with Kaji recalling his first experience with love. His first experience wasn’t storybook, but what is his current relationship status?

Uenoyama is highly emotional. He came to a huge realization that he’s jealous that Sato had someone that he loved. He’s a little pressure cooker about to pop from the buildup of his emotions.

Nakayama diffuses the situation and Uenoyama has to sort his feelings out. This level of tension, coming from Uenoyama can rip the band apart.

Kaji asked an obvious question and Uenoyama wasn’t ready. Ironically, I find it hilarious that Uenoyama probably thought no one noticed how he interacts with Sato. The noticeable shift in behavior was an red flag for Kaji.

I know exactly what Kaji is saying, Uenoyama is level 10 confused .

He likes Sato. It’s a sweet thing and there is nothing wrong with Uenoyama, he has someone he fancies.

Kaji’s reassurance and admission about dating men was necessary for Uenoyama to see he’s not different.

Sato needs his support, not him being indifferent. Uenoyama has a bunch of emotions he needs to unpack.

Uenoyama doesn’t come to their sleep/practice spot, and Sato looks down. Kasai needed assistance and Uenoyama decided to help. The guilt that Kasai felt bubbled to the surface and she purged.

Uenoyama doesn’t hold grudges, and he knows you’re a petty person and has moved on. Kasai inadvertently forced out some of the feelings Uenoyama was starting to feel for Sato.

Sato utilizes a sharp side eye as he views Kasai and Uenoyama’s conversation.

It was very nice to see the interactions between Sato and the guys. They were totally spying on Kasai and Uenoyama, don’t worry Sato he likes you in another way!

We’re witnessing Sato find his voice, not his singing voice, but his voice of expression. Sato has so much to say, but he’s trying to find the right words. Sometimes the right words don’t come easily.

The guys practice and Sato naps without any warning.

Uenoyama is a tsundere, and it’s cute and gentle. He really loves to see how hard Sato is working to become a better player.

Uenoyama is nervous to hear Sato sing about Yuki. Sato hasn’t been able to express how he feels about the one he loved committing suicide. The lyrics will be a song from his heart.

Kaji is very perceptive.

A quick glimpse of Kaji’s relationship with Murata was very interesting.

Kaji met Murata and admired his talent and then he admired his way of existing.

The passion and intensity that Kaji shows for Murata is very heartfelt.

Murata and Kaji’s relationship appears to be an open one.

The boys are back to practicing and Sato is improving!

We get a time warp and Kaji has an awesome idea. The cohesion within the band is great, but Kaji knows it’s time to break and recharge.

Nakayama voices his concerns about Sato’s lack of lyrics and Uenoyama is in full protection mode.

One thing that Kaji does well is that he gets to the point. What are you going to do Sato?

Blushing Nakayama, he knows exactly what Kaji is planning. Divide and conquer is the only way the boys will be ready for the concert.

Uenoyama has been completely occupied with Sato that he forgot about his part in the band. Uenoyama has lost his edge.

Self-awareness and shock are the emotions Uenoyama is sifting through. The moment Sato became his priority he forgot to push himself as he pushed Sato.

As we near the crucial moment, Given Tumbling Dice…tosses the dice, will the concert happen? The concert is one week away, get it together Uenoyama!
